Newborn Session: what to expect

Set the date for your session! Reach out via the Contact Tab & send me an email with information about the Theme of your session - whether they are spring themed, summer themed, fall, winter, or holiday themed - and we can discuss clothing that will work accordingly with your chosen theme!
With most Newborn sessions, I limit the outfits to 3 per baby. However, if you book a longer session (at least an hour) you can choose up to 5.
Locations; I recommend only one location unless a longer session is booked, then you can choose up to two! Newborn shoots are typically done indoors - but if outdoors is wanted, that is perfectly fine too!

Theme!

Once the date has been chosen, a Session Contract will be sent to your email. Read it thoroughly, then sign the last two pages & email it back to me.
After you book a date & time that works for you, a $25 non-refundable deposit will be paid to solidify your spot & time! I will arrive a little early to make sure I am there on-time. Communication is key! If you need to reschedule your session, please give at least a 48-hour notice!
Please arrive on-time so we can get started as soon as possible!
If it is an emergency situation where you have to cancel within those 48-hours, no worries! Just let me know as soon as you can.
*Important Note*
If you are over 15 minutes late to your session, an extra charge will be applied - as well as going over our time limit. This charge can be anywhere from $25-$50 extra - this is for time efficiency!
If you are over an hour late to your session, my hourly rate of $125 will be added to your session total.
Arrival!
No. 3
During your session, we will go over several poses & figure out which ones work best for YOU & your baby - these are YOUR pictures, I want you & your baby to be comfortable & enjoy them! If you have any specific poses you would like for your session, please find an example you can send to me so I know exactly what you would like!
After a few shots, I will show a few off my camera to make sure you are confident with yourself in each image you like!
Once our session time is over, I will get back with you within 72 hours to send a preview of what we have! My turn-around period differs based on your package, but I am very communicative when it comes to the process of editing & getting photos back to you!
Once I am finished, I will send you a gallery link to all of your photos!
